How To Trust Yourself Again

Specifically, I learned about trusting yourself... again.

Trusting other people once you've been betrayed, hurt, or disappointed is tough.. but sometimes trusting YOURSELF is just as hard. Especially the older we get.

We all have made mistakes and poor choices, hell, even Frank Sinatra said, "Regrets, I've had a few." And when that happens and you're faced with making your next move, taking a brave new step, or trying something you've never done before... it's scary, and we can easily doubt ourselves.
